Associate CandidatesAssociates who join St. Charles generally have several years of work experience in investment banking or a related field, and/or have completed graduate work in the field related to finance and accounting. Associates assume leadership roles at St. Charles and are provided with excellent opportunities to advance their careers. Analyst ProgramAnalysts work with all industry groups at St. Charles and have an opportunity to develop unique skills in finance and investment banking, while working directly with the senior members of the firm. Internship ProgramSt. Charles generally invites one intern per summer to join us for a 10-12 week full-time opportunity to observe the operations of a middle-market boutique investment bank. Interns are typically undergraduate students entering their final year of school. At St. Charles, interns actively support live transactions, which provides a practical experience in their field of study before they return to complete their final year of academic work. The 2008 summer internship position is currently filled; recruiting for the summer 2009 internship position will begin in late fall of 2008. |
