Jonathan Cooper joined St. Charles Capital as an Associate in June 2011.

Prior to joining St. Charles, Mr. Cooper advised technology, healthcare and diversified industrial clients through M&A transactions at both Duff & Phelps and Grant Thornton Corporate Finance.

Mr. Cooper earned an MBA at New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BS/BA in Finance and International Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
