Adam Fiedor joined St. Charles Capital in 2007.Mr. Fiedor’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, processing, and closing transactions involving the sale, purchase, or financing of financial service companies. Prior to joining St. Charles Capital, Mr. Fiedor worked as an Associate Director in the Financial Sponsors and Leverage Finance Group at UBS Investment Bank where he completed bank and bond transactions, including acquisition financings and recapitalizations across a number of industries. Previously, he was an Investment Analyst at Centennial Ventures and a Senior Analyst at The Wallach Company. Mr. Fiedor earned an MBA at Harvard Business School and a B.S.B.A. in Economics and Finance from the University of Denver. He is also a board member of the Cottonwood Institute, a non-profit organization focused on inspiring students to change the world through adventure, wilderness survival, and environmental service. |
