He has twelve years of corporate finance and investment banking experience, including mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory work and transactions involving bank, bond and equity placements. Mr. Haynes has completed more than 35 mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions with a total value in excess of $15.0 billion.

As a former member of KeyBanc Capital Markets’ and Piper Jaffray’s Technology investment banking groups, Mr. Haynes has extensive Technology M&A transaction and corporate advisory experience. While at Chase Securities, Mr. Haynes completed bank and bond transactions, including recapitalizations, spin-off and acquisition financings for Chase’s Global Syndicated Finance & Consumer Diversified Industries groups.

Mr. Haynes received his MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business and his B.A. in Communications and International Relations from the University of Southern California. Mr. Haynes currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Colorado Software and Internet Association (CSIA), and is a parent representative of the Collaborative School Committee of Steck Elementary.
