Ms. Hirsch is responsible for supporting the general business operations and human resources for the firm. This includes benefits administration, firm and transaction compliance as well as the coordination of firm training, recruiting efforts, new employee orientation and firm technology.

Prior to joining the firm, Tricia worked as a loan processor and assistant in the mortgage lending industry for four years. She also worked in the automotive dealership industry for over a decade in many capacities including titles, accounting, fleet and retail sales, as well as executive administration.
