Ms. Hiza is responsible for a variety of tasks including industry and company research, company valuation analysis, M&A transaction analysis, strategic advisory, and the formulation of presentation materials.

Prior to joining the firm as an Analyst, Ms. Hiza was employed by St. Charles Capital as an intern during the summer of 2008, where her responsibilities included creating presentation materials and industry and company research.

Ms. Hiza graduated with high distinction from the University of Iowa with a bachelor of business administration in finance and marketing, as well as a minor in Spanish.
