Bruce Hoyt is a co-founder and Managing Director at St. Charles Capital. 

Mr. Hoyt has worked in the investment banking field in Denver for more than 20 years. Prior to the formation of St. Charles Capital he was with the Wallach Company/KeyBanc Capital Markets as a generalist focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital advisory work for manufacturing, distribution and service companies. Mr. Hoyt spent five years with Great-West Life Assurance where he managed the purchase of private placement fixed income securities. He began his career as a research analyst for the full service brokerage firm of Boettcher & Company. Mr. Hoyt heads the diversified industries M&A and private placement practice for St. Charles Capital.

Mr. Hoyt obtained a B.A. from Northwestern University and a M.M. from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Hoyt currently serves as an elected member of the Denver Public School Board. He has served in a leadership position on numerous other Boards including Mile High United Way, Friends of Manual High School, Seniors! Inc., and Mile High Montessori. He is a former Peace Corps volunteer.
