Jim Williams joined St. Charles Capital in September 2010 and is a Senior Associate.

Mr. Williams is involved in a variety of tasks including industry and company research, corporate valuation, M&A transaction analysis, strategic advisory, and the formulation of presentation materials.

Prior to joining St. Charles, Mr. Williams served as in-house counsel and a lead financial analyst for Club Holdings, LLC where he focused on real estate finance and general business law.

Mr. Williams earned a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Villanova University and a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law.
