Brent Kelsall joined St. Charles Capital in June 2007 as an Analyst.

Mr. Kelsall is responsible for transaction support including industry and company research, valuation analysis, M&A transaction analysis, strategic advisory analysis, and the formulation of presentation and marketing materials.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Kelsall was employed by Protiviti Inc. as an intern during the summer of 2006, where he was responsible for internal auditing with regards to Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Mr. Kelsall graduated from the Colorado State University with a BSBA in Finance and Computer Information Systems.
