Cyril Khamsi joined St. Charles Capital in April 2007 as an Analyst.

Mr. Khamsi is responsible for a variety of tasks including industry and company research, company valuation analysis, M&A transaction analysis, strategic advisory, and the formulation of presentation materials.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Khamsi was employed by Merrill Lynch as an intern during the summer of 2006. He also worked as a cash-flow manager for Six Flags, Elitch Gardens during the summer of 2005.

In June 2007, Mr. Khamsi graduated summa cum laude from the University of Denver with a BSBA in Finance, including a minor in Accounting.
