Mr. Lofgren specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private capital financings, and valuations for financial service companies. Mr. Lofgren has over eleven years of senior level investment banking experience and has been involved with merger and acquisition and financing transactions with a total value in excess of $2.3 billion. In addition, Mr. Lofgren has been involved with over 40 valuation and advisory assignments.

Mr. Lofgren was previously with KeyBanc Capital Markets and The Wallach Company which was acquired by KeyBanc in 2001. In addition, Mr. Lofgren worked as an underwriter of directors and officers liability insurance for Chubb Corporation, a major international insurance company.

Mr. Lofgren received an undergraduate degree in Economics from The Colorado College and an MBA degree in finance from the University of Washington. In addition, Mr. Lofgren is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder

Mr. Lofgren currently serves on the Board of Directors of Summer Scholars, and was the past President and treasurer.
