Ryan Nicks joined St. Charles Capital as an Associate in July 2010.

Prior to joining St. Charles Capital, Mr. Nicks worked as an Associate at Booth Creek Management, a Colorado based private equity firm, where he worked on M&A , recapitalizations, and portfolio management concentrated in the food, retail automotive, and leisure sports industries.  Prior to that, Mr. Nicks served as Vice President at KeyBank in the Rocky Mountain commercial banking division and helped manage and underwrite commercial credit transactions primarily focused in healthcare, transportation, and distribution industries. 

Mr. Nicks earned an MBA with Honors at the University of Colorado at Denver and a B.S. Magna Cum Laude in Finance from Colorado State University.
