Ms. Ortiz is a FINRA licensed Financial and Operations Officer and is responsible for financial oversight and reporting, cash management, budgeting, employee benefits and 401(k) administration. She is also actively involved in the firm and transaction compliance. Ms. Ortiz oversees the general business operations and management of the support and accounting staff.

From 2000 to 2005, Ms. Ortiz worked with a start-up benefits broker organization, primarily focusing on member growth and contract negotiations with Network providers as well as general oversight of the business.

Ms. Ortiz is a Director, and currently serves as the Treasurer on the Executive Committee, of Summer Scholars, a non-profit organization providing a year-round literacy and social skills programs to low-income, academically struggling elemtary students. Christina also serves on the Board of the Circle of Latina Leadership, a Denver-based leadership program dedicated to training Latinas and is a graduate of the 2007 class.

Ms. Ortiz graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a B.S. in Finance and Management Operations.
