Ms. Podas provides administrative support for the Diversified Industries and Technology Industry teams including travel booking, formulation of presentation materials and scheduling. Caitlin also serves as technology liaison, which includes ordering new equipment, overseeing technology support, and building the technology budget.

Prior to working at St. Charles Capital, Caitlin worked in a number of museums in various capacities including Collections Management and Guest Relations. Caitlin was formerly an Intern at the Denver Art Museum in the Education Department specializing in the Western American Art Collection.

Ms. Podas graduated from Colorado State University in December 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in History.
