Joseph Radecki joined St. Charles in 2011 and is a Managing Director .

Mr. Radecki focuses on communication technologies, semiconductors and IT infrastructure clients.

Joseph has more than 22 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience.  Most recently, he served as Managing Director within the Global Investment Banking group at RBC Capital Markets.  At RBC, Joseph held leadership positions including Head of Communication Technologies, Head of Semiconductors and, most recently, Head of Hardware Technologies Investment Banking.

Over the course of his career, Mr. Radecki has delivered more than 90 client solutions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, capital formation transactions, public offerings, recapitalizations, cross-border and strategic advisory assignments.  Joseph has advised clients ranging from small, innovative start-ups to large, multinational industry leaders. 

Mr. Radecki is currently a board member at Mount Saint Vincent Home, a residential home and school for abused, neglected and/or mentally ill children, and is an active community volunteer including coaching youth baseball. A frequent speaker on topics around the capital markets, M&A and investment banking, Joseph has also lectured in the graduate programs at the Johnson School (Cornell University), the Opus Business School (University of St. Thomas) and the Carlson School (University of Minnesota).

Mr. Radecki holds an MSc with Honors from the London School of Economics, as well as MBA and BA (Finance) degrees from the University of St. Thomas (St. Paul, MN).
