Monica Liley Skok is a Senior Advisor for St. Charles Capital.

She has over ten years of investment banking experience including merger and acquisition services, private financings of equity and debt, and strategic financial advisory services. Ms. Skok has completed over 35 mergers and acquisitions financing and financial advisory engagements with a total value in excess of $7 billion.

Ms. Skok has focused her investment banking activities on healthcare companies across a variety of industry sectors including healthcare services, hospitals, managed care, specialty distribution and outsourcing, claims management and administration, and medical products and device clients.

Prior to joining St. Charles, Ms. Skok was a Vice President with Green Manning & Bunch where she specialized in investment banking transactions for healthcare companies. Prior to joining GMB in 1999, Ms. Skok worked on the Debt Capital Markets desk at J.P. Morgan & Co. in New York City and was a Research Analyst at The World Bank Group in Washington, D.C. She received her bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies with a Chinese concentration from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Ms. Skok currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Children’s Museum of Denver and as an Advisory Board Member for the Colorado Health Foundation. She has also served on the Finance Committee of the Women’s Foundation of Colorado, as well as on the Advisory Board of the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver.
