Michael Thomsic joined St. Charles Capital in 2009 and is a Vice President.

Mr. Thomsic has nine years of corporate finance and investment banking experience, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investing and strategic advisory work.  Michael’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, executing and closing transactions involving the sale, purchase, or financing of technology companies.

Prior to joining St. Charles Michael worked at Headwaters Merchant Bank as a Director in the Technology group.  Previously, he was an associate with Vestar Capital Partners, a $3.75 billion private equity firm, an Assistant Vice President in the Telecommunications and Media Group with the Royal Bank of Scotland Group and an analyst in the Global Telecommunications Group at Bear, Stearns.

Michael graduated cum laude from Colorado College.
