Mr. Troha's primary responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, executing, and closing transactions involving the sale, purchase, or financing of Diversified Industries Companies.

Prior to St. Charles, he conducted applied macroeconomic and econometric research in the Division of International Finance at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. He also founded a high-end sporting goods retailer in Boulder, Colorado.

Mr. Troha earned an MBA with Honors at the University of Colorado Leeds School of Business in Boulder. He received a B.A. cum laude in Economics and Political Science from Kenyon College with a year of study at the London School of Economics.
