Katerina Ugorets joined St. Charles Capital in October 2007 as an Analyst.

Ms. Ugorets is responsible for a variety of tasks including industry and company research, company valuation analysis, M&A transaction analysis, strategic advisory, and the formulation of presentation materials.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Ugorets was employed by the University of Colorado at Denver as a finance and accounting tutor for the Business School. She also showed leadership and community involvement through active participation in the Chancellor’s Scholars and Leaders program.

In May 2007, Ms. Ugorets graduated magna cum laude from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with majors in Finance and Accounting.
