Mr. Wheeler's responsibilities include sourcing, analyzing, executing, and closing transactions involving the sale, purchase and financing of financial companies.

Before joining St. Charles Capital, Mr. Wheeler earned an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in finance, accounting and entrepreneurship. Prior to business school, Mr. Wheeler was a corporate credit analyst for Vectra Bank, a subsidiary of Zions Bank, where he underwrote senior debt for LBO transactions, acquisitions, working capital, and equipment finance.

In addition to his graduate degree, Mr. Wheeler earned a BA from Hope College with majors in Economics and Business Administration. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
